I have purchased lots of content from PSN and Noby Noby Boy is the only purchase that I regret. It was cheap, but I'd rather pay a developer that puts effort into making games.
They only have one franchise which is Halo, therefore, it cannot be called centerpiece since there isn't a pool of games from which Halo is the most important one.

I'm sure there many people who don't use their Wiis anymore. So the challenge, like with the Wii, is how make the consumers buy additional games as the product gets older.

The magic word for the casual audience is "fun", and when it's all about fun, they don't care how advanced a piece of technology is.

Both controllers are more casual-friendly and are mainly targeted at the casual audiences. Sony stands a better chance at making some hardcore games for it.
I think Natal will be a gimmick which may or may not catch on depending on the heavy marketing accompanying its release.
I wouldn't be too surprised if Microsoft eventually made controllers for the thing, or more logically, made it compatible with Xbox 360 controllers.

This is the best hardcore fighting game bar none. But I have my reservations. Soul Calibur 4, though a great game, didn't impress me as 3 did. SC4 has gone Tecmo.
Tekken 6 appears to be giving us glimpses of the girls' panties; something the Japanese, for reasons I fail to comprehend, are crazy about.
It's no surprise though that ever since Namco became NamcoBandai, they have been losing their touch slightly.

I know for a fact that the gaming media is one fu_king mess. They most likely won't give GOTY to Uncharted because it's only on PlayStation 3. Modern Warfare 2 is a more likely option although running at 640p, I think it's more of an exapnsion than a new game.
